This month went by particularly fast, a large part of the goals set at the beginning of the month was completed, although not all of them were completed, but it was not bad.

I met 3 things this month that made me particularly happy, and I'd like to share them with you today.

The first thing that makes me happy: my job has changed!

Last month, I mentioned my zero-based career change, familiar with their new job, this month the company personnel to talk to me about the transfer of things, salary and treatment in all aspects of my expectations.

Although the salary is not particularly high, but for the first time in the e-commerce industry, I still feel satisfied.

I always feel that the operations position is a co-ordinated position, it requires strong data analysis skills, control of platform trends, and the understanding of the human heart.

You have to be good at everything, and you can't be good at nothing. Now, although I am still white, but I believe that as long as I am willing to spend time and energy, I will become better in the future.

I don't know if I can keep going, but I have a good start.

All the problems and negative emotions that once bothered me have disappeared.

Furthermore, I wrote 12 articles this month (one of which I deleted), and I successfully completed the writing camp I attended.

The work I wrote is not perfect, but it's my own work, so I'll finish it first and then make changes, and slowly find my own writing direction and personal style.

It doesn't matter if you can't become a big V, the key is to be honest with yourself.

Next month, I may not be able to complete the 12 punch cards, because my focus will be on studying for the adult college entrance exam.

The second thing that makes me happy: I've been making and eating my own dinner for 90 days!

I moved to a new house for my new job, and it is because I am doing a job I like that I have free time to take care of myself.

Every day when I get home from work I cook and eat by myself, from the beginning it is difficult to swallow to the level of home-cooked food at the back, it is really too difficult.

The ritual of cooking your own food is really different from ordering take-out and a lot healthier.

Originally I weighed in at 56kg, after 3 months of cooking my own food, I lost 2kg and am now 54kg.

During that time I also ate various snacks and late night snacks, but I did lose weight.

The downside is that I've been trying to develop the habit of exercising, but I can't do it because I spend too much time writing, cooking and other activities.

This month, I ran and walked 6 times at night with a good friend. The whole person was relaxed and soothed.

On the downside, I was sick this month and made two or three trips to the hospital, and I was not feeling well, so I did not accomplish my goal of going to bed early and getting up early.

My wallet also became deflated as a result.

But thankfully, I also have a pretty strong sense of financial management and can save more than half of my income each month. I believe that in the next few months, I will slowly plan my expenses and income to become a better version of myself.

There are many people who are self-disciplined, but the most admirable self-discipline is saving money.

I hope I can control my desire to consume, not to be dominated by my desire, epidemic in the moment, income is not easy, and saving is security!

The third thing: my emotions slowly started to get better and my love for life was restored.

You can pay attention to my articles a few years ago, you will find that for a long time I was obsessed with self-discipline and making money, but always finished can not do, and even the articles are broken.

During the days I didn't meet with you, I was always adjusting myself, but invariably failed.

I think the reason why my mood got better was probably because I left my original environment and was exposed to new things, plus the constant company and guidance of my good friends around me, which slowly made me stand up.

When I was in the worst mood, I went to a psychiatrist and almost had to take anti-depressants, but I survived.

Having a good mood and a good body is the basis for everything, so my next focus is going to be on regular work and rest schedules and physical conditioning, followed by study and work.

Next month I hope I can do.

  1. Write 10-12 articles of 1200 words or more, without attending writing camps, and try to see if I can achieve it with my own perseverance.
  2. Exercise 12 times, mainly walking, running 3km and skipping 1000 pieces of rope.
  3. Continue to lose weight and try to get myself from 54kg, to less than 53kg.
  4. Roughly read through the textbook for the adult college entrance exam and sort out my knowledge.
  5. Work hard to adjust my work and rest, try to get myself to bed early and get up early.
  6. Control your expenses and organize your finances to see if you can do better optimization.

I hope I can do better in August, go!
