"three flowers" and "five qi" are synonyms of metaphor. Sanhua means "essence", "Qi" and "God". "five qi" is the code name of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney or other five elements, that is, gold, wood, water, fire, earth, etc., but in Indian yoga, the above qi, downward qi, middle qi, left qi, right qi and so on are called five qi.
