There is not much to say in the Light of Yoga. In the Bible of yoga, there are demonstrations, explanations and efficacy introductions of various asanas, asanas for different diseases, breath control methods, and so on. The author is also Master Iyengar.
3 "the Light of Hatha Yoga" this book is not recommended for beginners to read, but it is difficult to understand, coupled with more words and less pictures, it seems a bit laborious.
