What does yoga bring you?

At first, I didn't think I could practice yoga. On the one hand, I felt that yoga asanas were too difficult to do, and on the other hand, I thought yoga was too quiet and suitable for older people to practice, and energetic young people like me were suitable for dancing. If so, I finally embarked on the road of dancing, I am warm-blooded, I am energetic, I am vigorous, where lively, I am everywhere, I feel like I can do anything, and I don't want to stop for a moment. This state has passed for about a year. Although every day is quite full, I still feel empty in my heart. I always feel that something is missing, which seems to be driven by my body. I went to a yoga studio near my home. I decisively signed up for a yoga coaching class. From the first class on, I felt as if I was possessed, and the vacancy in my heart was immediately filled. This kind of down-to-earth feeling For the first few nights, I didn't fall asleep and looked forward to the next day. In the yoga study hard on the road, a person silently enjoy and suitor. Good start to look at those long-term yoga practitioners, the figure is straight, from top to bottom full of upright, and the personality is very good. I was full of envy for them, wondering when I could be like them, but this kind of time, thanks to my own efforts, did not wait too long. First of all, the change in my figure was the right position of the bones I wanted. The precision of the muscles all happened to me, and my character began to become steady and steady, getting rid of the impetuosity before, and slowly, I began to substitute classes, and then to the back. I have become a teacher, a private teacher, which has far exceeded the appearance of the teacher I envied before, but it doesn't matter. the important thing is that yoga teaches me to slow down, not to be happy with things, not to be sad about myself, and to look at the nature of things through the outside. This is a mental and psychological change. Physically, I have never had insomnia.

The two in the picture are two of my students. I have an appointment to practice yoga for the rest of my life. Yoga can bring us poetry and distance.

Tell me about the two most intuitive and obvious changes you have gained from yoga. First, the physical fitness goes up, the body is beautiful; second, the period is painless, and the days of each month are much easier.

Although compared with many people, I have been in yoga for a short time, just over a year, and I am serious about practicing every day, that is, in the last two months. My practice is just my own casual practice, there is no targeted shaping, even so, I can also feel the physical changes, a lot of asanas that can not be done before, slowly. For example, before doing the skyscraper heel lift, casually lift the calf a few times, the calf will cramp, can not lift up, now, practice a few more times, stretch the calf, and then do this kind of similar action, it is very easy, and the calf line also becomes straight, the whole calf looks much better. Handstand, Raven style, Wheel style... These more advanced poses can also be tried a little more. Because all aspects of physical fitness have gone up, the asana is more able to find a point of strength, so it is not so difficult.

Now go out is said to be very thin, good figure, very good to meet the vanity, in fact, there is no change in weight, but the flesh becomes tight, the whole person becomes tall and straight, no fat, shoulder and back thinner, looks very thin! These are the changes brought about by practicing yoga. If you can see the change, it is not difficult to stick to it. Keep working hard!

Secondly, the menstrual period is no longer painful, and the days of each month are much easier. Every time I came here before, my aunt didn't want to move. I was dizzy, my belly was swollen and painful, and I was lethargic. Basically, they go to bed early and get up late in those days, weakening their sense of existence. But in the past six months, to my aunt, there is basically no feeling, no pain, no dizziness, and even do some simple exercise, do not be too happy.

The most important thing about dysmenorrhea is the lack of blood flow and blockage in the pelvic area. Through exercise, especially many poses of yoga, you can help speed up blood circulation in the pelvic area and prevent blockage, so that you can spend your period more comfortably.

Getting thinner, more beautiful and healthier is the best change that yoga brings to me, because I get a positive harvest from doing this, and I am very willing to share it with others. I hope more and more people can feel good from yoga!
